Stellar Kayaks and Skis Australia recently opened its National Distribution and Service center. Located in Gosford the centre is planned to be the model for similar establishments in major centres. One of Stellar's key principles is to provide customers a level of support and service typically not found in this industry to date

2009 Classic Paddle, Swan River - Perth Australia
Success for
The Royal Life Saving Society of Australia's Classic Paddle is Perth's biggest paddling event, with over 550 entries and 700 participants.
Jesse Phillips had a breakthrough win for the new Stellar SurfSki brand in the 1km 'Dash for Cash' at the 2009 Classic Paddle on Perth's Swan River today. With 25 knot cross breezes, conditions on the Swan were challenging. However sprint specialist Phillips got the jump on the field and held off fast finishers to the first buoy including race winner, and 1000m specialist Brendan Sarson. "I got a fantastic start, the Stellar ski has great speed off the mark. I managed to hold on in the sprint as the conditions got harder the further we went."
